impressive. Make exactly what I want, meaning formatting any page to be able to export them to pdf
I wasn't able to get this to work, I just saw a bunch of question marks it placed on my document and gibrish, and I uninstalled it. Developers - you may consider creating a more understandable user experience that helps the user onboard to your product and understand what to do.
Perfect for what I needed (to remove some overlay stuff that in print mode somehow covered the page content).
very efficient tool
Unfortunately doesnt work when opening up local HTML or MHTML files.
Ohmygosh - this extension has so much promise! But it fails to deliver in a number of ways. Even after I delete all the unwanted elements and the webpage looks _exactly_ as I want it to be, when it gets to the printing stage, it still looks a total mess. There are large amounts of blank spaces that take up valuable paper space. When I preview before printing, I can see several white spaces that say 'Advertisement', despite the fact that I have absolutely removed all elements other than the article itself (I've doublechecked this). Some of the photos are too large to fit on one page, creating huge amounts of wasted blank space on the next page. When I switch to the system printing dialogue and choose "Fit to page", I then become unable to see a preview before printing, which risks a bad printout. I even tried saving a whole-page screenshot after making the clean version of page, but that still resulted in a mess of blank spaces. The native Save option only offers to save as HTML or MHTML. No options at all for PDF, PNG, JPG, or WEBP. For all of these annoying reasons, I AM OUT. (Too bad, I found it so promising! ?)
Does not lock the page (keep a static copy) when editing the content to determine what to delete or keep. If the page refreshes, especially if scripted, I get an error on loading page while previewing in this extension. The page updated, and this extension allowed the refresh. It should LOCK the page it shows that the user will edit. Users cannot edit an ever changing document, plus a refreshed document may not render while this extension is previewing it.
6666666666666666666666666666666666666 And it's free, which is so cool!!!
Exactly what I needed! I love that this extension presents a "what you see is what you get" interface for controlling exactly what makes into into the final print dialog. I wanted something that would allow me to control the page-break behavior when printing Gmails to pdf. This extension was so intuitive and made this tass effortless - simply by selecting the desired "element," indicated by a clear red box as you hover within the interface, then selecting "Format" > "Page Break Before." I also loved that I could activate the print preview to check my progress along the way. And yes, they thankfully included an "Undo" button! Such a clever and useful tool, for which I am so grateful.
Works great, even without any instructions. At least for making a page print like it looks in a browser.
I Love it !!!!
Best, easiest extension I tried over the last several years. I use it to clean up pages to store locally for later reference. I have finally started using it for notation and highlighting of pages. I have changed the background color of some text and it shows the change on screen. However, when I preview the document the highlighting is removed.
Hi, I have a question: I want to make a specific type of change on a URL that I use frequently. Is there any way I can save a template of the text-changes that I want to make so that I can make those desired changes at the click of a button and then proceed to print the page?
Works very well! I especially appreciate the ability to add page-breaks. Only thing that could be added is to input the exact numbers into width/height under format, and under the context menu.
Works as advertised ?
AMAAAAAAAAAAZING!! BEST ONE ON CHROME STORE
I've been using this for 5-10 years. This extension is really helpful. I can edit webpages for PDFs and printing. There are a few tiny bugs where I can't delete some objects, but for the most part, I'm ~99% happy with this.
AWESOME! Best way to remove all the JUNK from a WEBPAGE, for SIMPLE CLEAN PRINTABLE FORMAT!!!!
I was diverted to Google Keep extension, But I need, more control with format unchanged, even Microsoft immersive reader of Microsoft is also good alternative. But for few specific task can be done by this plugin, Thank you all the developer team, great going!
After I add the extension, the icon appears, but then disappears!?
awesome tool, hope to support more Format options, such as max-width, etc.
Great
Just love this extension. It helps me a lot to remove the unwanted add and others unwanted things to remove and make it professional. No need another PDF tool to edit. Thanks a lot to the developer.
